This session will help you inventory what support you have, what support you need, and how to move forward with confidence. This session will address the most pressing issues and challenges you are facing, including the physical and emotional experience of the postpartum period, family and partner relationships, infant care and feeding priorities, and any additional concerns or questions you may have. Individuals or couples will leave this session with a clear plan for seeking support, working together, and managing the next several weeks and months.
